Who knew that our working from home environments would be kitchen tables, closets, basements, sheds, cottages or garages?

Getting comfortable in these new work areas has required us to get creative with space arrangements. For me it meant creating a portable background so that I could work from home, the office, the cottage and even my mom’s condo when she needed support.

Knowing that I wasn’t the only professional who could use a portable background, and thinking proactively, I did some market analysis and product roll-out planning. The result is our BizBackdrop™, something distinctly different from the services I traditionally offer. And I’m pleased to say, my market research has paid off. There has definitely been a demand for this product.

Demand is the foundation of all marketing and sales processes. In our September blog, we looked at the pillars of creating that demand: doing the market analysis to understand your audience and get them involved, delivering added value, integrating your marketing efforts, and measuring your results through data.
